  • The individualised process begins with a "discovery" interview - either in person or online.

    during this interview, we'll discuss your goals, needs, history, and more. The aim is to build a complete picture of what you need, co-develop a strategy, and identify key areas for improvement.

    This is essential to set the stage for ongoing collaboration with the best results possible.

  • Depending on your interview and the needs that are established, we'll test baseline markers - from VO2 max to Lactate Threshold to Body Composition.

    These baseline metrics - and the insights they generate - will help us provide you with the best guidance and training strategy possible.

  • Training strategies should be data-driven. We provide testing-based plans to help you maximise your results in line with your lifestyle and performance priorities from the discovery call.

    From here, we will coordinate with your existing plan to deliver maximum value. This may involve providing insights to other professionals in your sphere (such as an S&C coach).

  • Following the implementation of the training strategy, we can prepare regular or irregular re-testing to track and manage changes in response to the training plan.

    We recommend testing every 4-8 weeks to ensure you know the impact of your training on your key performance metrics.
