The complete package performance consultation includes 3 major components:
A body composition test, measuring both body fat and muscle mass.
A Resting Metabolic Rate test to measure your normal metabolic activity
A 60-minute consultation on nutrition, training, and lifestyle - supporting your needs and answering your questions.
To get the most out of this process, please prepare your main talking points for performance and lifestyle ahead of time.
