Free strength training program for endurance athletes.

If you haven’t read our blog on strength training and all of the amazing benefits it has, you can find that here. Don’t worry, we’ll wait whilst you have a read.

Ahh.. good to see you’re back.

What we have put together below is a simple to follow PdF on how to structure a strength training program, how to progress it properly and a couple of example programs that you can follow.

This has been written in such a way that you should be able to adapt it to even the most basic equipment.

It is important to note that if you are unfamiliar with lifting heavy things, it is probably worth taking a visit to a trainer to go through a few key movements.

Alternatively, there are plenty of videos on Youtube… however, a word of caution; look at a couple of different videos to make sure the instruction is consistent and look for advice from people with reasonable credentials in strength and conditioning.

If you could pop in your details, we’ll get it sent to you. Of course we are asking for your email, but we promise not to spam you. All we will ever send you is news and updates on our services/facilities and updates to any of the programs we give you for free (we have some really cool programs for running, cycling and other sports that actually do most of the work in programming and progressing programs coming soon).
