In this 90 minute consultation, we will take you through a detailed movement assessment & analyse your strength & power profiles using industry leading Output Sports technology to generate a program that will support your performance.
Most importantly we will show you how to perform the fundamental movements that you need as an individual that will transfer to performance.We’ll apply this information to create a unique training program, that works with your current training and lifestyle demands.
This will give you everything you need, so that you can confidently and effectively implement a strength & conditioning program that will get you the results you deserve, in the most efficient way possible.

This combines all the data and insight from our Strength & Movement Consultation, with four coached sessions with one of our performance coaches.
We will guide you through correct exercise execution, a deeper understanding of principles of exercise selection, and how to program and monitor your training to ensure safe and consistent progress.

If you want the consistent one-to-one guidance, programming and motivational support to push you towards your goals, then our coaching program is for you.
Delivered by your own dedicated performance expert, all educated to masters level or above in a performance science, we provide the opportunity to work with us once or twice per week for a 12 week period.
This includes detailed movement assessment, performance monitoring and a data driven approach to your session monitoring using our OutPut Sports System.
You will be able to see in real time, week-to-week improvements in performance and most importantly have a reassurance and guidance that you are on the correct path to better health, performance and reduced risk of injury.

Developed by Dr Paul, our Strength Lab uses the latest Output Sports technology to fully quantify your movement and performance.
Combing objective data with his academic knowledge & experience working with athletes of all levels. He specialises in creating strength, conditioning and injury prevention programs to build stronger, more powerful and robust athletes.
His programs are designed to work with your current training to ensure you can get all of the benefits of strength training, without excessive time in the gym or excessive fatigue that will effect your other training.
At Athlete Lab, we also offer elite level one-to-one coaching with one of our fully-qualified team.
